Bristol & West announces professional first-time buyer mortgages
Bristol & West has today announced the launch of a new range of mortgages for first-time buyers.

Bristol & West has today announced the launch of a new range of mortgages for first-time buyers.
Available to first-time buyers employed in one of 15 qualifying professions, the new mortgages are available with interest rates from 5.69 per cent up to a loan-to-value of 100 per cent.
Mortgages are available in both fixed-rate and tracker formats.
"We understand that our direct customers want simplicity in obtaining their mortgage," said Alison Pallett, head of consumer lending at Bristol & West.
"We pride ourselves in developing products that help our customers access the best mortgage for their needs," she added.
Under the eligibility criteria, qualifying professions include teachers and architects.
Bristol & West offers a range of mortgages, which includes products for home movers and buy-to-let, in addition to first-time buyer packages.
