Advantage Home Loans, a company of the Morgan Stanley Group, provide a range of mortgage solutions to the intermediary market. They have two main ranges of products; the first, ADV, is aimed at the non-conforming sector of the market offering fixed and discounted rate mortgages designed specifically for borrowers who do not satisfy the strict lending criteria of traditional high street lenders.

Advantage Home Loans' second range, Flexishare, is an innovative product range designed to increase the buying power of first time buyers or those who find themselves unable to acquire sufficient funds with a conventional mortgage.
