5% Moneyback for the first 3 months (up to £200 Money Back)
The American Express Platinum Card (also known as the American Express MoneyBack Credit Card) allows you to earn money back on all your card purchases. For the first 3 months you can earn 5% of your total spend (up to £4,000 - therefore you can earn up to £200 Money Back) after which the rate reverts to its standard 1.5%. There is no limit to the amount you can earn on the Money Back scheme and the money is rebated to you annually by American Express.
