this is the most incompitant company i have used. once they have your money you put yourself into the turmoil of the massive papertrail this company require while they keep telling you they are going to cancel your policy and take a third of your payment. VERY HARD BUSINESS LINE.

22/8/12 Useless 10p min call center, had policy 20 days They got addrs wrong and sort code charged £25 for privilege, 27th told: tried collect (without my knowledge) £25 fee, returned by bank. Said I'll pay Fri, told ok not due till 28th. Come home to letter giving 7 days notice of cancellation for unpaid £25, plus 2nd letter asking for more forms or they will cancel the already canceled policy. Texts daily to call back, calls total over £20

Claimed after a few months of policy start and the company were very quick and easy to deal with. i have re-insured with Autonet as the price was not beaten by anyone else. Docs came though on e-mail straight away and all correct.

useless took my money then sent letters to tell me will cancel policy because address proof and id not sufficent sent numerous documents plus letter from my employer they cancelled a policy that had not started took 250 pounds for privelege not heard from them again no email call or letter

CANCELLED THE POLICY WITHOUT TELLING ME, DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY PAPERS FROM THEM FROM THE START, tO AVOID ABSOLUTELY

This company Took £70 dep then took £29.00 first payment and the policy had not started. Then took £29.00 and again this month took £39.80 I have not had the policy more than 35. Just beaware of this company very decetfull and will charge you for anything they can and what is worse they will not tell you they are going to do it they just do it.

Stay away from this Autonet car insurance they are thiefs, they even charge you cancelation if no longer need insurance and take you to the court...they charge you 10p per min if need to call them even they don't provide email to cantact them..all they want is your money, I've been with different companies for years never seen disgusting car insurance like Autonet! So if you don't want to headache stay away from them.

Autonet are awful! Impossible to contact when we sold our vehicle and wished to cancel insurance. Spent hours trying and then hours more on hold. Almost a full years premium just to stop the policy! Avoid them!

This company is outrageous. Avoid them at all costs. Tried to cancel my van insurance and now they want most of the premium for the Year as a cancellation fee!!!!!!
