BT offer three different packages in their Total Broadband range – Option 1, 2 and 3. Each of these packages has the same maximum connection speed but differ in usage allowance and extra features. The three options all come with free equipment to connect your computer to the internet, though customers who opt for the cheapest package will only receive a wired router while those choosing BT’s priciest option will receive a BT Home Hub together with a Hub Phone.
All BT Total Broadband products come inclusive of free evening and weekend broadband calls and are available in a 12 or 18 month contract, the latter working out cheaper over the full term.
