Capital One Progress Credit Card
The Capital One Progress Credit Card, designed for people with a good credit rating, lets responsible cardholders reduce their interest rate over time. By meeting minimum repayment requirements and sticking to credit limits, Capital One reduce the card's interest rate by 5% after the first 4 months, and then after every 6 months until the lowest rate is reached.
