Cashback Mortgages
Cashback mortgages offer a lump sum payment to new borrowers at the beginning of the mortgage. Usually labelled as ‘free cash’ -be aware that the cashback is actually funded by the mortgage interest paid by the borrower of the mortgage term. Cashback mortgages are ideal for first-time buyers who may have invested all their funds into their deposit and need some money back to furnish their new house.
