High-street bank Lloyds TSB is offering its credit card customers access to a lifestyle assistant to help them remember to buy gifts for loved ones.
The 24-hour service is managed by lifestyle concierge provider TenUK and attached to Lloyds TSBs Premier American Express credit card.
Colin Walsh, credit card director for the bank, said: "Life can be stressful and leaving things to the last minute can not only make you feel guilty but cost you a lot more money as you try to rebuild your tarnished reputation."
He added that the lifestyle assistant service is intended to act as "an extra pair of hands to help pick perfect presents for a guilt free existence".
The cards premier points reward scheme offers 1.33 points for every £1 of purchases, which may be redeemed with a variety of "lifestyle partners" including Abercrombie and Kent and Harrods.
Lloyds Bank was established in 1765 by John Taylor and Sampson Lloyd, a pair of bankers from Birmingham. Two sons of the original founders moved to London, where the firm became the Lloyds Banking Company.
