Moneysupermarket.com is a multi-award winning price comparison website that was founded in 1993. Starting out as a provider of off-line mortgage information in 1993 as 'Mortgage 2000' they expanded in 2000 to provide credit card and personal loan information and re-branded as moneysupermarket.com. They are the largest price comparison website in the UK and one of the few that is truly independent.

Their main objective is to provide customers with a free online service enabling them to compare a range of products to find not only the cheapest available but the product most suited to their needs.

Their product comparisons have expanded to include a range of money, insurance, travel and home services with their main revenue stream coming through their car insurance comparisons.
