National Friendly

National Friendly is a mutual society that provides health and life cover and savings and investments to its members. The society was originally established in 1868 in Surrey as the Surrey County Benefit Society. Over the years, however, the society expanded its business, acquiring other friendly societies and attracting members from across the country. The current name of the society was adopted in 2008.
