Norwich and Peterborough Mortgages
With roots dating back to 1852, the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society has existed in it current form since 1982 when the two East Anglian mutual organisations merged. Since then the Society has continued its commitment to its members, the community and wider society (with innovations such as the introduction of the UK’s first ‘green’ mortgages in 1998) through their fifty branches.
Norwich and Peterborough’s mortgage portfolio offers a comprehensive range of product including fixed rate, discounted rate, base rate tracker and offset mortgages. They also offer a number of specially designed niche products such as Spanish mortgages, 95% and 100% mortgages, brown (for borrowers wishing to restore an existing property) and green (for people looking to buy an energy efficient home) mortgages as well as buy-to-let and self-build schemes.
