As a UK pension holder you are entitled to transfer your pension benefits to another pension scheme. In order to transfer your pension across your pension must be given a transfer value, basically a cash lump sum. In order to be eligible to transfer your pension you need to have belonged to the scheme for three months. You can’t transfer if you are 12 months away from retirement.
