Prepaid Financial Services (PFS) was set up in 2007 to provide prepaid card solutions to the unbanked and those who cannot obtain debit or credit cards through the normal banking channels. The card is a fully branded prepaid MasterCard and can be used at more than 28 million locations worldwide.
