RSPCA Pet Insurance
RSPCA, the UK's largest animal welfare charity, offer a range of pet insurance policies underwritten and administered by AXA Insurance. Their products are designed to offer comprehensive cover whilst also allowing the policy holder to help the RSPCA to protect vulnerable animals.
The RSPCA's policies, available for crossbreed and pedigree cats and dogs, come in two levels of cover: silver and gold. Silver policies offer essential cover for things such as veterinary fees, third party liability, emergency kennelling/cattery charges and expenses towards retrieving lost pets. The gold policies include all these standard features plus third party liability, quarantine costs and emergency expenses abroad among other things.
What's more, 20% of policy holder's premiums go to the RSPCA to help fund animal homes and shelters, a bonus for all animal lovers.
