Santander 's Direct ISA (Issue 3) product offers customers tax-free savings with a decent interest rate. An account can be opened with just £1 and Santander offer a preferential interest rate for the first 13 months. Furthermore, accountholders can manage their account at any time via internet, telephone or postal services.
