The Sun Prepaid MasterCards are provided by Tuxedo and issued by Newcastle Building Society. The card is very similar to the Tuxedo cards, with two account options - pay as you go and pay monthly; and at £6.49 it is one of the cheaper prepaid cards on the market.
Like all prepaid cards it can be used abroad and cardholders can use a variety of methods for loading cash onto it including bank transfers, directly from wages or via one of the 17,500 PayPoint locations across the UK.
