Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd is a British airline owned by Richard Branson's Virgin Group (51%) and Singapore Airlines (49%). In the year to February 2007, Virgin Atlantic carried 5.1 million passengers and made an annual profit of £46.8 million on turnover of £2,140 million. They offer a credit card facility powered by MBNA with many offers linked to their Flying Club Bonus scheme one being customers earning flying club points with every pound spent on their card.
