GoSkippy Car Insurance
GoSkippy is a Bristol-based broker that offers a variety of insurance products including car, van, home, bike, and travel insurance. GoSkippy is part of Eldon Insurance Services, which was founded in 2007. GoSkippy looks for suitable policies from a panel of insurers with the aim of providing cover that fits individual needs.
GoSkippy offers third party, fire and theft cover and comprehensive cover to its customers. Drivers can also purchase additional products alongside their car insurance policy, should they want or need extra cover. These optional extras can include breakdown cover, mis-fuel cover, legal expenses, windscreen cover, and excess protection, among others. Depending on the policy taken out, some of these benefits may be included within the standard insurance product so customers should check the terms of their policy.
Customers can access their policy online via the GoSkippy portal, where they can make some changes to their cover and details, as well as requesting and sending documents. Questions and queries can also be resolved online via GoSkippy’s live chat service or over the phone with their customer service team.
Policies can be purchased online or over the phone. Customers can also pay for their car insurance in monthly instalments if they prefer.
If drivers are involved in an accident, they can contact the 24-hour claims line.
