Autonet Van Insurance
Autonet is one of the leading van insurance brokers in the UK and aims to accommodate a range of different vehicles with different uses. It was founded in 1998 in Stoke-on-Trent, which is where it still trades from. Autonet also provides other insurance services in addition to van, including car, truck, business, home, travel, and more. They work with some of the major insurance providers to try to find drivers the policy that best suits their vehicle and their requirements. Whether vans are used for private or commercial use, Autonet aims to source drivers competitive and good quality cover.
Autonet offers three levels of van insurance: third party only; third party, fire and theft; and comprehensive. Van drivers can choose the level of cover appropriate to their needs and budget and, if they want extra protection, Autonet can provide them with some other optional cover. For example, as many vans are used for transporting either third-party goods or the driver’s own goods/tools, Autonet offers insurance to cover these items. They cover goods in transit as well as tools in van, which protects the contents of the van if they get stolen or damaged by fire or an accident. Drivers can also add windscreen cover (if it’s not already included), motor legal expenses, excess protection, and guaranteed hire vehicle insurance, as well as different levels of breakdown cover to their van insurance.
As a van insurance specialist, Autonet offers specific insurance for couriers and van fleets. They have a dedicated commercial team to source cover for businesses which use a variety of vehicles and have different drivers.
